1981 – 1983 Account Executive for J. Walter Thompson Recruitment Advertising, Cleveland, Ohio. Responsible for account maintenance and new account development. Winner of outstanding sales for two consecutive years.
1977 – 1981 Account Executive at WGAR and WERE radio stations in Cleveland, Ohio.

Contributions to the Coaching Profession
1990 – 1991 Faculty for the World Institute for Life Planning, a coaches training program.
1992 Part of the team that founded Coach U, premier coaches training institution. Advisory Board member for three years and Coaches Council for two years. Continues as senior trainer of the trainers.
1996 Part of the team that launched the International Coach Federation. Member Board of Directors for three years as executive secretary, and Program Chair for the annual conference in 2003. Member of Regulatory Committee.
