Ellen has been an executive, leadership, and management coach for Fortune 100 companies including AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, Chanel, JP Morgan Chase, Merck, Novartis, Schering Plough, Gateway, Abbott Labs, IBM, Prudential and others. She has delivered individual and group coaching and developed and led workshops on leadership, cross functional team effectiveness, breakthrough results and emotional intelligence. She has facilitated 360? Feedback for executives, managers, and teams, and co-authored three books on executive development and team effectiveness.
AT&T (1973-1998)

Prior to her coaching career Ellen held positions as General Manager and Division Manager with AT&T Consumer Markets Division, Product Management. Earlier positions at AT&T included responsiibilities as Human Resources Director and Directory of regulatory Affairs, at Network Services Division, ans Systems Analyst at AT&T Lomg Lines & Bell Laboratories.

Ellen has serveed as a President of New Jersey Chapter – International Coach Federation (ICF) and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Alumni Association Executive Program Chapter> She has been an Executive Board member for Stellar Vision and served as Chair of ICF Program Review Committee and member of ICF Credentialing Committee.
