Distinctions, Inc. provides several channels, which could be characterized as modes of delivery, for transferring and implementing Distinctions’ core value proposition: transforming the way businesses work. Within the three arenas of productivity, performance, and effectiveness, Distinctions provides a rich portfolio of programs and services to be applied according to the outcomes to be fulfilled for our clients. And while it is convenient to talk about these three modes of delivery as discrete channels, it is most typical to expect that engagements with clients, particularly businesses and corporations, will include a mix of these modes of delivery.

To demonstrate how this might occur for a given client, consider one of our “distinctions” called accountability. Accountability is offered as a DI program in the form of a one-half day training program for corporate clients. The same principles and practices however may also be included in a larger two day training program on group productivity. Or it may be delivered as the principle focus of an executive coaching engagement, or perhaps, the core intention of a corporate consulting engagement that analyses existing systemic bottlenecks and designs and recommends new structures, or revisions of existing systems or structures, to create new environments of accountability. In some cases depending upon the size of the group(s), habitual work cultural issues, wasteful or outdated processes that systematize a lack of accountability, the delivery of Distinctions services may include all of the above examples of delivery into one intervention.
