Group Coaching for Producing Results (for Graduates of the DI Producing Results in the 21st Century Workshop)

It can be challenging to alter habits, attitudes and work practices. It has been shown that adult learners often require support over time to make the most of their commitment to take on bringing new ways of thinking and behaving into reality.

Group Coaching for Producing Results sessions are focused on providing the opportunity for participants to interact with one another and a Distinctions Coach to increase their skill and support them in their endeavors. A Distinctions Coaching Series is conducted in three one-hour sessions that occur over a period of 3 – 8 weeks.

The format is a one-hour telephone conference partnered with an online meeting feature that provides the capability to view the coach’s desktop.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

  • Managing Conversations and Networks of Conversations.
    • Having everything simply and invitingly accessible when you need it. The electronic calendar, shared calendars, shared agreements. Managing Email, Folders, Shortcuts and Rules. The language of promising a new future. The use of features such as SharePoint and Online Meetings.
