In these days of ubiquitous coaching services it’s getting hard to tell what anyone means when they talk about coaching. Executive Coaching - coaching services provided for executives - distinguishes coaching for those employed in executive positions, or perhaps as the head of their own companies.
DI’s executive coaches are not only highly experienced coaching professionals; they also provide a breadth and depth of business experience to draw upon when addressing issues and concerns of C-suite Executives, business owners, and top level managers.
DI’s executive coaches have the skills and expertise to handle the knotty business and personal issues and challenges being faced by high level executive clients. To meet the varying needs of our executive clients, DI provides a variety of Executive Coaches, with varying business backgrounds. DI’s Executive Coaching clients review potential coach’s vitas and credentials and conduct a one hour phone interview with their potential coach(s) and select the coach they wish to work with.
DI’s Executive Coaches may provide either phone coaching, or live coaching services including shadowing visits, and/or visits and interviews with client colleagues and coworkers. These types of services are customized to fulfill the concerns to be addressed in a client’s statement of work (SOW) which defines the client’s intent and desired outcomes from a coaching engagement.
