Bruce M. Anderson is Managing Partner with Thinking Partners, Inc., a firm specializing in leadership coaching and organizational consulting services.
Bruce has worked extensively with executives and professionals. His emphasis in coaching has been on career enhancement and performance improvement. His work includes notably broad experience in executive assessment and 360-degree feedback instruments.
Coaching engagements have included working with executives on interpersonal and management performance issues, career direction, career positioning, goal-setting and attainment, stress management, time management, strategic thinking, as well as mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. His work also encompasses working with senior executives and executive teams in the areas of organizational assessments, visioning, strategic planning and team development.
He has also created and delivered numerous programs to train managers in coaching methodologies and train adjunct coaches for consulting organizations and associations.
Bruce’s clients include executives and managers in the oil and gas industry, engineering and construction, high technology, healthcare, banking, manufacturing and chemical processing.

A BA in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University supports Bruce’s broad background and experience. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaches Federation (ICF). He is also certified in The Birkman Inventory, The Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory
